Hello w19…long time, no update.

First things first, I’d like to say sorry for not updating in so long.  RL has been a little like the TW w19 for a while now—one thing after another and boom you don’t realize how much time has passed =)  There’s been a ton of things going on in w19 recently, and to get the blog up to speed, here’s a shortened version of the recap:

A short war between UNSF and UWA started and ended in about a two week period (there were many rumors suggesting this was a staged war due to the low number of conquers and OD between the involved tribes, but I have no proof either way so I won’t speculate as to the truth of this rumor or the legitimacy of the war).

A few days after this declaration died down, multiple tribes began attacking the rank 1 tribe of w19, Asylum.  The attacking tribes have been lovingly dubbed the BBC (Bonded Bum Chums) as a short name for this coalition.  The attacks were led by the coalition tribes in the south and east, specifically UNSF, Bonded, EP, and UWA.  A number of days later, the Brains family began attacking also.

Not long after that, Pandas began attacking the top 20 tribe Just in the far NE corner of the w19 map.  All* have also declared on Virtus/Origin, and the recently formed EARTH (in the far NW of the map) have declared on ~TA~ and Cc.

Of the former tribes Bonded and UNSF, several players from Bonded joined UNSF and renamed their tribe to OutFit.  The leaders of Bonded and OutFit have described it as consolidating their active members into a single tribe.  Shortly after this move, XLR declared on OutFit/Bonded.

This is just a quick recap of new happenings since the last update.  There are still of course, wars that were going on before, such as Candy vs. Virtus/Origin and NIR vs. Brains F., but I really wanted to touch base on the newest wars.  Now a quick look at the maps:

Thanks again to Persempai (who has much nicer power rankings than I).  I didn’t receive any answers to the last blog question (which asked for a prediction of where you see w19 in 6 months)…I suppose it was too big of a question, as evidenced by the changes we’ve seen since last update which was nowhere near 6 months ago!  I’ll make this week’s question pretty simple and straightforward: What do you think of the new version 6.0 updates? Love em, hate em? Do you have better ideas? Alright, so we’ll start off with the top 20 players and any changes made in the last week.

Top 20 players(12/13/09)

Changes

• HansieSS dropped from rank 7 to rank 9. Only gained a total of 20 villages in the last 2 weeks.
• ngahngeh climbed up the rankings. Went up from rank 10 to rank 7.
• Mauser went up from rank 12 to rank 8, taking it from Marvellous Death which is now ranked 15.
• snooks786 went down a rank from rank 9 to rank 10. The difference is only 20k points although so I see them battling it out for rank 9.
• killerdan went up from rank 15 to rank 11 stealing it from Smoke Brake which is now ranked 16.
• Evilex went up from rank 18 to rank 12 gaining a total of 500k points.
• johnboy15 and smanes traded ranks. Smanes loosing his/her rank 13 to johnboy. The difference is only 40k points so again, I see these two accounts fighting for the higher rank.
• Segge of SEXY is new to the top 20; currently ranked at 17. Congrats Segge.
• gargoila lost his/her rank 17 to segge, went down to rank 18.
• fsoba went down from rank 16 to rank 19. Only gained a total of 10k points.

• Sir Usernameless is new to the top 20 aswell; currently ranked 20th. Congrats Sir Usernameless.

Changes

• R-2 went up from rank 10 to rank 5. They gained a total of 9 million points. Congrats R-2, keep it up.
• Nona lost it’s rank 6 and went down to rank 9. They lost a total of 3 members and 2 million points. Will this be the end of the Fates?
• R-1 lost its top 9 spot and dropped to rank 15. they lost a total of 6 million points.
• Decima went up from rank 11 to rank 10. Gained a total of 1 million points.
• TheLab went up from rank 14 to rank 12. They gained 1 member and a total of 1 million points.
• Rank 18 holders [P.R2] dropped out of the top 20 and now Aiko hold their spot.
• RoH is new to the top 20, holding rank 19. Congrats to RoH.

Well, I hope to see more changes in the future, happy hunting/recruiting to all. <3

As always, I’ll start off with any updates( changes ) from the top 20 tribes and players.

Top 20 Players ( 11/29/09 )

Changes :

• Koss and NightWitch1 traded ranks. Koss was 5th last week and is now sixth. Nightwitch1 gained a total of 210k points.
• HansieSS went from rank 11 to rank 7. HansieSS gained a total of 150k points.
• Marvellous Death’s rank 7 spot was taken by HansieSS, although I believe they will be changing ranks for some time to come.
• Snooks786 went up from rank 12 to rank to rank 9. Snooks gained a total of 140k points.
• ngahnheg maintains it’s top 10 rank but, Smoke Brake dropped from rank 8 to rank 11.
• Mauser dropped from rank 9 to rank 12. Only gaining a total of 60k points.
• Smanes and fsoba traded ranks. Smanes went from rank 16 to rank 13 while fsoba dropped from 13 to 16.
• Johnboy15 maintains it’s top 14 spot but, gargoila loses it’s top 15 spot to Killerdan, a new top 20 player. Congrats to you, Killerdan.
• Evilex joins the top 20, at rank 18, stealing it from Keith414. Congrats, Evilex.
• Lesss goes from rank 20 to rank 19, gaining a total of 80k points.
• Yahooooooo7 drops from rank 17 to rank 20, Gaining a total of 2k points.

Changes :

• Once again, as I expected, ORPHAN and WOOD trade ranks. ORPHAN now holds rank 2 and WOOD holds rank 3. Although WOOD is only 1mil away from them, we’ll see what happens next week. ORPHAN went up 3million points, also gaining a new member to the tribe. WOOD went up about 1.6million points.
• SEXY gained a new member and also went up 1.4million points.
• [P.R] went up from rank 14 to rank 13, gaining 1 member and a total of 1.5million points.
• TheLab went up as well, from rank 15 to rank 14. They gained a total of 2 members and a total of 1.3mil points.
• |Oo| went down from rank 13 to rank 15. They recently lost a total of 800k points.
• KoR and [P.R2] also traded ranks. [P.R2] lost it’s top 17 spot to KoR. KoR gained a total of 4 members and 1.5million points. [P.R2] gained 1 member but lost about 500k points.

PWO (the Peguins Warrior Organization) has decided to change their name to XX and adopt a family and make the academy XY. Just their choices of letters makes me think that PWO has made themselves all female and put the guys in the academy. Seriously though, what is the point of changing the call signs?

Anyway, they have also decided to go to war with MTS in the south-west (what was =EON=). Meanwhile, Sith are at war with MTS as well, but more-so in the south-east. So far, Drink! and KK seem to be sitting this one out and playing neutral, though we all know Drink! would gladly help in eliminating MTS so that they are the only true superpower in the world.

Why does everyone permit Drink! to live and thrive? If they have more than double the points of any other tribe, it will be nearly impossible to take them down, especially with their alliance with XX and Sith.
We will see how things turn out in this war as things go on, I will hopefully provide stats on it in my next post.

Today we’ll start off with the worlds top 20 players.

Changes:

As you can see, Marvellous Death climbed up the rankings. Just last week he was at rank 12 and is now at 7, gaining a total of 200,000 points.

Mauser has also taken fsoba’s top spot at rank 9, fsoba is now ranked 13.

Ngahngeh climbed up from rank 13 to rank 10, gaining a total of 200,000 points.

Snooks786 went down from rank 9 to rank 12. Gained  a total of 30,ooo points this week.

Smanes and keith414 traded spots. Smanes went up from rank 18 to 16 and keith went down from 16 to rank 18.

lesss joined the top 20 rankings and could slowly take rank 19.

Changes :

As you may have noticed, WOOD took the #2 spot from ORPHAN recently. Although they are only 200k points away from gaining rank #2 again, I believe both tribes will battle for this rank for some time to come.

Nona and SEXY! traded ranks aswell. Nona going down to rank 6 and SEXY! going up to rank 5. Just 500k points away although. I believe they lost their rank because of the heavy losses being done by ORPHAN.

RoW traded ranks with [P.R] stealing [P.R]’s top 12 rank and making them go down to rank 14.

Recently (on the 28th) OTD Death Awaits declared that his family (=D-N= and =D.N=) would war DNS, DNSPC, and ~DNS~. This war now has fallen into anarchy pretty much. DNS is fighting RAW and DN, DN is fighting RAW and DNS, and RAW is fighting DNS and DN. We also have seen the arrival of FC in the top 5  from the last blog post two months ago and the formation of SETO, a new tribe in the SETO Family only three weeks ago.

Here’s the blog, the fullscreen will probably not work, but I made a new puzzler that people may like.

I am Drluminus, the new blogger for W3 & 41 (My first two blogs can be found somewhere below this post). Everyone can call me John or Doc which ever you like is fine.

I live in London, Ontario (Canada) and am 18 years old. I enjoy playing many sports, mainly Hockey and Golf. I enjoy being outdoors and hanging out with friends.
