Greetings World 19 and welcome to the blog! =D

Since this is our first blog post and I’m still settling in, it’s going to be short and sweet. I am still putting together ideas for the blog (which will be updated on a weekly basis) in terms of what sorts of thing should be regular inclusions and what things will be done on a rotating/occasional basis.

I think everyone would like to see current war updates (I plan for this to come mostly in the form of stats and maps, there’s enough PnP on the forums :p) and general news for the world.

I would also like to point everyone to the thread I have made on the forums to discuss the blog, here: http://forum.tribalwars.net/showthread.php?t=176977 Please drop in and leave a comment/suggestion…I want your feedback =D

Everyone seems keen on doing some player interviews, so I will start to work on that. I will also keep a list of current wars on the forums too — if you do not see your war on the list, it’s up to the participants to tell me what’s going on! =D

Now for the fun stuff…it’s CONTEST TIME!

Our blog needs a banner! And I suck at anything graphics related! So here it goes guys. Make me a w19 blog banner.

Requirements:

- Make it a decent size (not too small and not too huge, though it can be adjusted a bit)
- Make sure it says “World 19 Blog” or “w19 Blog”
- Make it pretty/sleek/interesting (ok you get the idea)
- Be creative!
- Sumbit entries either by sending me the file on skype, or PMing me a link via skype/ingame/forum PM.

I’ll leave entries open for at least a week, maybe two, depending on how many entries are submitted. Then I’ll post the entries and we’ll have a vote =)

Greetings, w7 followers. We now have somebody to recount/analyze/predict/spew propaganda about the finest world of the server. That’s the good news… the bad new is that I am the one to do it.

First, a bit about me:
I, giantsfrey/Zach/Frey/whatever you wanna call me, play world 7, and am a member of -WE-.  OK that’s all you need to know about me.  Quit stalking.

So now you all have to bear with me and submit to my expansive knowledge and musings!  Or you can call BS on me and post your own independent thoughts, but this is highly discouraged by me. Anyways, in this post I’ll spare you anything too harsh and just give a brief synopsis of the world’s recent trends and events this year.

1) The tribes THE and TFB are no more. TFB (in center of gameworld), the finest elite tribe in the gameworld and arguably on the server, succumbed to the demon of low membership and activity and merged into -WE- (southwest part of gameworld).  This made -WE- become the bad guy of the gameworld in one fell swoop, and -WE-’s first move was to destroy the 2nd largest tribe in the game, THE (northwest part of gameworld) in 2 weeks’ time.  THE was toppled like a moist origami tower in the wake of an Albertan Chinook and now nearly the entire northwest is under -WE-’s control.

Which brings us to the 2nd (and only other) main event of the gameworld now…

2) -WE- then jumped in on the FxF(in northeast of gameworld) vs PTT(southeast of gameworld) war, on the FxF side.  The war began pretty much the same as the THE war, with -WE- taking a net +40 million of PTT’s points in the first 2+ months.  PTT proved slightly more worthy than THE though and still exists, and their leaders maintain that they have “secret plans” for a comeback.

OK now is when everyone else gets to chime in and say stuff, or ask questions. I’ll be happy to share/banter/learn you lessons in the meanwhile, until next week, when I will begin posting more specific, fun stuff.

W3 has greatly changed in the last one or two weeks. FF has continued to fall and is now down to just one tribe. The family that was said to be the most powerful in the world is no longer a family. FF maintains the first place rank however, but it shouldn’t be to long before they fall completely. D*D has continued grow at a fair pace. The Cult family are starting to gobble up the remaining members of FF while they are weak and is growing very quickly.

CultME and CultSL have merged and formed CultX. CultX seems to take a large portion of the south west. They are in rank 3 and will most likely be staying there for a while.

Hello to all you people out there in TW land.

It seems that I have been given the honor of prattling on to you guys about the ins and outs of World 27. I bet you can’t wait to hear what fantastic stories I have in store for you guys.

Anyway a little introduction, I’m Maccano1, or Macca for short. I’ve been playing Tribalwars since December 2007ish, my first world was W9 where I still currently play, I decided to try out W27 because the settings seemed really interesting, I was one of the founding members of YGI? along with saph and shark, and now find myself in the ragtag bunch we like to call Nstlk*. This blog will run similarly to the TWweekly that Zarin runs in the forums, I will be attempting to do a summery or the week’s events and then run a little commentary (which will probably bore you all too tears, but hey I’m ok with that lol).

Anywho enough about me…. On with the show! I will leave you with one of my favorite demotivational posters, which I hope you will see the irony in.

News from your neighbourhood First Church

Blogging for World 35, though my main world is 28. Looks like I will be spending a lot more time in 35….

w35 is actually kindoff my 2nd attempt at playing with the Church feature (nobody gets it right the first time i guess..)

Was in world 30 (yes, church AND paladin weapons) and messed up my game, decided to quit and was getting rimmed anyway – lousy tribemates to top it all off (that’s always the case when we  get rimmed right????)

Playing alot better now cos it’s a bible belt in my neighbourhood *hint hint*

ok it’s my 1st blog ok??? gimme a break. later.

Latley in W3 there have been a few changes in the usual North vs. South war.

The FF family seems to be slowly falling apart. A few of FF’s top members have left the family and joined different small tribes that have been formed over the last weeks.

A few well known names that have left the FF family are:

Simon Hawkins, RIP06, Gunners9900, Freestyler_, Girl Dragon and a lot more people (These are just well known (former) members of the FF family).

A few players have gotten together and formed the tribe Vets. This tribe includes Simon Hawkins and Coolsecret.

More recently (Last few days) many players have left the FF family and joined a newly formed tribe CH (Chicken Farm). This tribe includes a few of the highly ranked players from the family and the tribe looks to be taking this very seriously. According to a member of their tribe who I have spoken to, they are going to have no diplomacy and are not going to take any prisoners.

ByzEmp has also been formed by a few FF members, they look to be an active tribe (atleast I hope so as they have just formed it) and are going to be a slight threat in the northern part of the world.

In other news, Cult has started to shape up the amount of tribes in the family. CultGR has merged into CultSE (making CultSE the biggest Cult tribe).

The OTB has dropped down to 2 tribes, SOT and OT. They are looking like they are being run down by FF.

GRINGR is now finished, the tribe that was once at war with the Cult family the OTB and ROA has now 1 member remaining with just over 1 million points. They were a good tribe but could not make it on their own, they lasted a long long time and their members played fair and fought hard. The remaining of their members went to either ELITE or FF.

W41’s noobs are now being nobled, the point whores being caught red handed and the rim is filling with people who have either chosen to restart or have been nobled. The great tribes are starting to form and the not so great starting to break. Players are proving themselves to their fellow players and tribemates and are starting to break out the nobles.

A Few Down Points:

• Of the many premades that were created on this world (I suspect around 15-20) there are only a few left (That look good anyway). The two main ones that I’m sure everyone has noticed are MaccyD and Escape. These two tribes seem to be doing absolutly everything right in these early stages of the game.

• A few premades that have failed that were expected to do well:

Gummy Bears (Gummy), Magical Mushroom Kingdom (MMK-), Dreaded Dust Bunnies (DDB), Toons, 47RON.

A couple of upbeat notes:

• The top 3 tribes are all looking very strong, MaccyD being in 1st has by far the highest average points per player with the lowest amount of members. Escape has a strong leadership from what I have heard and can see. They have a strong member base and look to be a very strong tribe. Ouzo I havnt heard to much about, at the beggining I though they were mass recruiters… Like the bulk of the tribes that were ranked high early. They have proven me wrong so far, the tribe looks to have a nice member list ( I believe a few from DDB and Toons are there.

• Oops! has gone under my radar, they came from out if no where and now look the be the strongest tribe in K44 (Not in points but in experience and strength). They also recieved many players from DDB and Tooks after they fell apart. In my opinion they look amazing and I would watch out for them K44!

we have a new weekly blog covering all the news you need to know in W40. Despite the fact that I am a member of a very prominent tribe in W40 myself, I will try to make these posts as unbiased and encompassing as possible. But because the forums are not always an accurate representation of the progress and conditions of the world, I would like to get thoughts and opinions directly from other players in W40. Wordly Affairs

The world is young and there isn’t much happening besides the fact…

Some of us love them, some of us hate them and then there is some who don’t understand the tribe concept; I’m looking at you sP.Ag. I’m only kidding but they have decided to declare war on multiple tribes because they want action entertainment. They haven’t yet declared war as mentioned “Although declaring war isn’t really possible yet at this stage of the game, we will however declare a ’state of preferred targets with some tribes and their allies to I guess”. Yes I’m talking about APATHY. They have declared on the following (This has been extracted from h0llygh0st’s post:“- KONG

after taking a look in their tribe I found out that they believe its time to take me down. Probably because I’ve stolen 4 of their best members and because I keep taunting them with screenshots from within their tribe ^^ Also I’m catting down 2 of their members
… Come to think of it they might be right in trying to take me down =/ To bad that I haven’t gotten a single attack yet. Meh…

- BOSS

this tribe has been annoying me since the start. When I started this world I asked my neighbours to restart, one of them was the BOSS duke. He refused at first and threatened with war. Than after some talks he apologized. Than he started offering me resources… And than a week later when I scouted him for the first time (Yes he offered res before I even attacked him…) he went ahead and restarted. Such a brave tribe, also allies with KONG.

- B.O.S./KONG-A,

I haven’t had any trouble with these tribes yet, but since they are academy tribes of such stupid tribes I might as well take them on.

- Elite,

They’re allies with all above tribes. So meh. Bring it

- LOST and their family,

reason for this is because they annoyed IBAN. I like IBAN so Apathy declares a ’state of preferred targets with some tribes and their allies to I guess’ with them. + Their leader is annoying.
And most importantly, because they refuse to give Sowwy to me

- DFENCE,

for being allies with most if not all of the above tribes. And for not restarting when they become farms. They give me so much ODA that I dont know what to do with it =/                                                                                                                           ”

It seems that the w40 community approves of what’s going on and are quite happy with APATHY. Have fun.
